Can you modify one of your existing designs?
Yes. Depending on the design, we can explore changes to the diamond, metal, dimensions, setting, pavé, engraving and other details.
Can I send you photos from Pinterest or another website?
Yes. Reference images are helpful for communicating the aesthetic, proportions and details you like. We can use them as inspiration while developing your custom piece.
Can I choose my diamond separately?
Yes. You can discuss diamond shape, carat, color, clarity, proportions and budget before finalizing the jewelry design.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. For fully custom pieces, CAD visuals are provided for review before manufacturing begins.
Can I request changes to the CAD?
Yes. Reasonable refinements can be made during the design stage before final approval.
How long does custom jewelry take?
The timeline depends on the design complexity, diamond selection, revisions and manufacturing requirements. Your estimated timeline will be provided before the order is confirmed.
Can you ship custom jewelry internationally?
International custom orders can be accommodated for supported destinations. Shipping details and any applicable duties will be confirmed before purchase.
